If the passenger voluntarily cancels, refund policies will be applied based on the time frame between the cancellation request and the scheduled departure time on the ticket.
• A cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation value will be applied for voluntary cancellations within 48 hours of the flight.
• For voluntary cancellations made at least two days before the flight, a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit amount will be imposed.

To be eligible for a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service, it is necessary for passengers to be residing in any of the following towns within the region (Cappadocia): Urgup, Goreme, Uchisar, Mustafapasa, Ortahisar, Cavusin Village, or Avanos.
What is the diffference the Sunrise (First) Flight from the Morning (Second) Flight?
Each morning, two flights are scheduled - the First (Sunrise) and the Second (Morning). The first flight departs shortly before sunrise, whereas the second flight departs after the sun has risen. Both flights provide a distinctive experience, and the decision between the two depends on individual preferences.
What happens if my flight gets cancelled due to bad weather?
In the event that your balloon flight is cancelled due to anticipated unsafe weather conditions, passengers are presented with the following three options: - A full refund of the original ticket. - An alternative flight scheduled for the day following the original booking, subject to seat availability and reschedule fee. - A rebooking of the same flight type at a later date of the client’s choosing, also subject to seat availability and reschedule fee.

We operate over ten balloon launch sites situated alongside the Rose Valley, Love Valley, Monks Valley, Swords Valley and Pigeon Valley in Goreme. The trajectory of each air balloon flight will be dictated by the prevailing wind direction.
How do I know my pick-up time and details?
Please be advised that pick-up times for your flight will be scheduled and communicated by 7:00 PM the day prior to your departure. We kindly ask for your patience and request that you refrain from contacting us regarding the pick-up time before it has been finalised. Once confirmed, we will promptly provide you with all necessary pick-up details.
